Have you ever done this?

Plant a seed. Watch it grow. Read a seed catalog.

If you're a Mommy, Daddy, Grandma, Grandpa, or Teacher to a little one, I encourage you to plant a seed today. Better yet, consider planting HEIRLOOM or open-pollinated seeds. A gift in the garden can last a lifetime. Children love collecting, so why not start your very own seed-saving collection. Perhaps join a garden club: California Garden Clubs, Inc.

Play, plant and grow together!

  1. To quote "Owl" from the Blustery day "Pooh" movie my daughter is watching..." It was the year my aunt Clara went to visit her cousin who was rather gifted on the Glockenspiel but being a Screech Owl also sang soprano in the London opera... Her constant practicing so unnerved my aunt that she laid a Seagull egg by mistake"... My daughter loves to look at Winne the Pooh Movies and some of the dialogue does crack me up...Especially Owls ramblings...Have a Great Day!

  3. Hi Smokey,
I have the Tomato Growers guide listed on my other link list of FREE Seed Catalogs. This one above has a few more current HEIRLOOM seed selections. Glad you enjoy them. Please recycle when you are done - we have children in community gardens who will delight in reading through old seed catalogs! Good day to you.
