Anyone in the community - students (K-12), teachers, parents and local residents - can submit a 100-word essay (in English or Spanish) on how the consumer electronics, computer equipment and software awarded through Samsung’s Four Seasons of Hope could benefit their school.

ReplyDeleteTry! Try! Try! That's what many people think, that their 100 words aren't perfected. It's only a simple contest. No one will know what you write unless you win! And, if you win, everyone will be so happy that you nominated them. Truly.
Back in July, I nominated a Concord community member for an award. I didn't know what to write, and there were even a few typos in my online submission form. But, ya know what? The person I nominated ended up winning the award! You'll read about this person in Diablo Magazine December 2009 issue. Don't give up. Have courage.
