Many city operated public pools are open year-round for lap or exercise swim for adults. Until late Spring, recreational swim opportunities for children and families are rare. TIP: Clarke Memorial Swim Center / Heather Farm in Walnut Creek offers year-round weekend recreational swimming for children and families.
