I love oranges. In addition to them being great for your heart, they also have the #1 reputation for the best cold and flu fighter. Jumping rope is also great for the heart rate as well.

A thought I had about the new CNWS development and the required homeless housing. I wonder if anyone has thought about landscaping at this phase and planting orange trees, as well as other fruit trees, around the area. Maybe within a vegetable garden area that some of the people in the housing could be put in charge of.
